Currently a tenured professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Director of the Microwave and Antenna Research Institute, Director of the Tsinghua-ZTE Joint Research Center for Wireless Access Technology, and Editorial Board Member of IEEE-MWCL. Previously served as Editorial Board Member for IEEE-T-MTT, RFMiCAE, and other journals. His main research areas include RF power amplifiers and linearization techniques, integrated millimeter-wave and terahertz circuits, etc. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2001 and his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in 2006. From 2010 to 2011, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Intelligent RF Laboratory at the University of Calgary, Canada. He has led over 20 national research projects, including the National 973 Program, Key R&D Program, and Major National Science and Technology Projects. He has published more than 200 academic papers, and the RF power amplifiers and digital predistortion algorithms he developed have been widely applied in next-generation broadband base stations. He was awarded the First Prize of the China Electronics Society Science and Technology Award in 2018 and the First Prize of the China Communications Society Science and Technology Award in 2021.
