  • 在博士研究生阶段初期,就作为主要成员参加了863课题“10 Gb/s DFB-LD/EAM集成器件的研制”工作,并作出实质性贡献。此后,作为核心骨干参加了“973”计划课题“DWDM高速集成光源中增益的周期性调制与控制”和“863”计划课题“DFB-LD/EAM集成光源芯片及模块”。

    2005年3月留校参加工作以来,本人的主要研究兴趣集中于通信用半导体光电子芯片,包括材料设计、器件结构与真空薄膜工艺技术研究,研究领域包括半导体激光器、光调制器、高功率光探测器及其光子集成。作为负责人或第二负责人先后承担973课题“高速宽带集成光源中微波与光波相互作用机理研究”、重点基金子课题“高速、高线性EA调制器集成光源的研究”、国家专项2项(“高饱和光功率探测器”),作为核心骨干承担自然科学重点基金1项、国家专项课题1项,获得的主要成果包括10 Gb/s DFB-LD/EAM集成光源、带宽均超过40 GHz的DFB-LD/EAM、SOA/EAM集成光源器件、高功率光探测器、超灵敏质谱检漏技术等,已发表各类学术论文70余篇,其中SCI收录35篇。
