研究概况

    以GaN基LED为核心的半导体照明技术,在我国已形成年产值数千亿元战略性新兴产业。本课题组针对LED光源的特点,在国内率先开展基于非成像光学的三维自由曲面照明光学系统设计研究,原创了采用三维自由光学曲面高效、均匀调控LED光线到被照明区域的系列技术,突破了制约半导体照明实际应用的瓶颈。相关研究成果已经实现产业化,产品广泛应用于国内27个省市的众多照明工程中,并出口至美国、日本等国家,展示了较传统照明和同类产品优异的照明和节能效果。相关研究获得2010年广东省科学技术一等奖、2014年国家技术发明二等奖。

    目前的研究兴趣包括,半导体照明和显示技术;新型光信息处理、成像、探测、三维显示器件和系统,柔性光电子器件,生物光学/光子学器件和系统等。

    本人先后承担国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家自然科学基金国际合作基金、国家“863”计划子课题、国家科技支撑计划子课题、国家实验室开放基金、国家重点实验室开放基金、部委专项等项目。
