Dr. Xue Feng has published more than 150 papers on academic journals and conferences with topics of optoelectronic devices. From 2009, he is dedicated to the integrated optoelectronic devices with nano/micro structure on silicon platform. The main research interests include:
Integrated orbital angular momentum (OAM) emitter and noval optoelectronic device on silicon substrate.
Universal linear optical operations on discrete phase-coherent spatial modes and the applications on both classical and quantum computing.
