秦志金，清华大学电子工程系长聘副教授，博士生导师，入选2021年国家级青年人才项目、清华大学“学术新人奖”。2016-2022年期间曾分别任职于帝国理工学院、兰卡斯特大学、及伦敦玛丽女王大学。2022年8月加入清华大学。主要从事语义通信、具身智能、面向卫星通信的语义编码等方向研究。发表高水平论文100余篇。担任IEEE JSAC语义通信专刊客座编辑、IEEE TWC\TCOM\TCCN\Signal Processing Magazine等国际期刊编委，IEEE GLOBECOM等会议专题联合主席，IEEE ICC/GLOBECOM语义通信Workshop联合主席。获2017年IEEE GLOBECOM最佳论文奖、2018年IEEE信号处理协会青年作者最佳论文奖、2021年IEEE通信学会SPCC青年成就奖、2022年IEEE通信学会Fred W. Ellersick奖、2023年IEEE ICC最佳论文奖、2023年IEEE通信学会亚太区杰出青年研究学者奖、2023年IEEE通信学会SPCC最佳论文奖、及2023年IEEE信号处理学会最佳论文奖等奖项。获中国通信学会青年科技奖、中国电子学会自然科学一等奖（2）、中国通信学会自然科学一等奖（5）等国内奖励。担任科技部重点研发计划（青年科学家项目）负责人、国家基金委重大项目课题负责人。
长期招收语义通信、卫星通信、具身智能相关领域博士后。
