Dr. Xiaofeng ZhongAssociate ProfessorMaster Advisor (Innovation master degree project with industry base)Vice-director of Telecommunications Research InstituteDr. Xiaofeng Zhong received Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University in 2005 and joined Tsinghua immediately thereafter. He is Associate Professor (Research Track) and master advisor of the Dept. of Electronic Engineering in Tsinghua.Dr. Zhong researches on mobile network technologies, including network architecture design and protocol design, His recent research is focus on the mobile service in cellular system, high dynamic ad hoc network and users’ behaviors in wireless network. Dr. Zhong has published 100+ papers and owned 20+ patents. He has tightly collaboration with industry.Dr. Zhong teaches Communication and Network (30230964) for undergraduate students every year.Sine 2014, Dr. Zhong has been the Vice-director of Telecommunications Research Institute in Electroinc Engineering Department, to be responsible for education issues.

Electronic Information Engineering Research Group
Tsinghua University (Tsinghua University for short), located in Haidian District, Beijing, is a state key university directly under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is ranked among the state "Double First-class", "Project 985" and "Project 211". Selected in the "2011 Plan", "Everest Plan", "Qiangji Plan", "111 plan", As a member of the Alliance of Nine Universities (C9), Pine Alliance, Chinese University Presidents Association, Asian University Alliance, Pacific Rim Alliance, Sino-Russian Comprehensive University Alliance, Tsinghua-Cambridg-MIT Low Carbon University Alliance, China's high-level talent training and science and technology research base, known as the "cradle of Red engineers". Its predecessor, Tsinghua Xuetang, was founded in 1911 with the name "Tsinghua" from the place name of Qinghuayuan. It was a preparatory school for students to study in the United States established by the government of the late Qing Dynasty. The funds for its establishment came from part of the Boxer indemnity returned by the United States in 1908. 1912 It was renamed Tsinghua University. 1928 It was renamed National Tsing Hua University. In 1937, when the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression broke out in full scale, the university moved south to Changsha and established National Temporary University of Changsha together with National Peking University and private Nankai University. In 1938, it moved to Kunming and was renamed National Southwest Associated University. 1946 moved back to Qinghua Garden. When the People's Republic of China was founded in 1949, Tsinghua University entered a new stage of development. In 1952, China's higher education institutions were restructured to become multi-subject industrial universities. Since 1978, it has been gradually restored and developed into a comprehensive research university.

By December 2021, the campus area of Tsinghua University is 462.74 hectares, with a building area of 3,026,700 square meters. It has 21 schools, 59 teaching departments and 87 undergraduate programs. There are 50 post-doctoral research stations, 22 first-level national key disciplines, and 62 first-level doctoral and master degree programs. There are 16,057 faculty members and 57,325 students.
