Nan Sun is Professor with Tsinghua University since 2020. He was Assistant and then tenured Associate Professor with University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2020. He received B.S. degree from Tsinghua University in 2006, and Ph.D. degree from Harvard University in 2010. Dr. Sun received the NSF Career Award in 2013, the IEEE SSCS New Frontier Award in 2020, and Beijing May 4^th Medal in 2023. He has published over 60 JSSC and ISSCC papers.  He is Conference Chair for CICC 2025. He also served on the TPC of ISSCC and ASSCC. He was Associate Editor of TCAS-I, and a Guest Editor of JSSC. He also served as Distinguished Lecturer for both IEEE Circuits-and-Systems Society and IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society. Due to his contributions to analog and mixed-signal IC design, he is elevated to IEEE Fellow in 2024. He has graduated 27 PhD students, 11 of whom are professors at top universities in the US and China.
