Xing Lin is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, leading the Tsinghua Photonic Computing and Integration research lab (www.photoniccomputing.org). He has co-authored over 30 publications in major scientific journals and conferences (including Science, Nature Photonics) with citations over 1500 and holds over 10 issued patents. He is the recipient of the Science and Technology Progress Award (first prize) of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. His research interests are in the areas of photonic computing, neuromorphic optoelectronic computing, and computational imaging.
